    A great read....

    If you want a book that is light enough to enjoy but has enough substance to keep you engaged in order to learn someting, this is the book for you. The author gives many examples from his life experiences to make his point on his beliefs. I recommend this book to anyone who wants to learn about leadership from a man who has been there, done that, and lived to tell the tale.
