Remote
I think the re.ote is very good quality just 1 problem the volume control doesn't work either up or down. Not a big problem, it's the only button every other one works fine. Apart from that I would recommend it. Very pleased

A very good remote control for Tivo box
This brand new Virgin Media Tivo v6 remote control is very good and better than I thought possible as it makes my Virgin Media Tivo box work much better.

Nifty
This product needs programming to your box and also your tv. This takes 5 mins on utube Once you know this and set it up properly it’ll work like a charm. It’ll control tv volume and switch it off as well as working with the virgin media box.

Remote Control Pairing.
Received the remote as expected. Must admit i did have an issue with pairing it to my TiVo box, but once i followed Virgin online instructions it became easy and plain sailing after that. Basically, i did something incorrectly when first pairing it but once it got sorted it works perfectly and so this one replaces the one which got damaged.

Best purchase in a long time

Product does not work
We went on holiday just after arrival and will return next week. However when we tried to use after inserting new batteries the red light shows but the controls do not work. You did not send any set up instructions. The model is same as my old unit so we presumed it should just work as normal. Please send help instructions to my email or instructions on how to return the product to you.

The remote control was described as used, even though it looked brand new.
Once I'd programmed the remote control, it worked perfectly.

Remote identical
The remote is identical to my broken one but so far have not been able to pair it with the box. Still using old remote and will make some more attempts to pair
