Yes and No
This item is not air tight and has a less than acceptable seal because of the slight warp of the plastic. It’s great if one makes the eggs that day or the night before for immediate consumption at a party or church gathering. They are great for protection of the eggs while transporting. They are great for refrigerator storage as far as protection from crushing or smushing. As far as being a tight fit so as to hold out drying air, they are not. So eat them quickly or the deviled portion of the egg will soon turn dry and unappealing.

Doesnt seal very well
Very lightweight and there is just a small plastic tab for it to seal and it is cheaply made and doesnt want to seal very well. You can not hold it by the handle or the lid will fall off and your deviled eggs will go everywhere...it happened to me. The worst thing is the way it seals. Those tabs do not fit in the holes very well. I guess if you were making the eggs and not taking them anywhere these would be fine...but in my case I needed to take them to a cook out and I bought 2 sets and not one lid fit well due to the plastic tabs not going in very well. I would pay more for a better quality egg tray. Too cheaply made.

does the job
The handle is small, the trays are a thinner plastic and the clips that attach the top to the bottom appear that eventually, as they are plastic, will start breaking off. I like the way the eggs have easy access to remove them. No high sides. I places the tray on top of the inverted cover, and it makes a nice elevated tray.

I ordered many of these. It's not easy to put the lid on as it has to be clipped together and when you have the eggs in there it's hard to do without the eggs moving. Although these are very reasonable priced and great to carry the deviled eggs in my issue again was securing the lids. Not easy and one did not work at all.

Good carrier for eggs
These are good carriers for your deviled eggs when taking them to a party, etc. They protect against the eggs getting "lost". They would also be good for putting in your refrigerator! One of the top covers had lost one of its locking tabs when received however.

Set of 2 Devil Egg Tray with Snap lid holds 36
This is a item I would expect from the 99cent store...The tray its self is not bad but the snap on lid is very cheap made and looking...and 4 of us has tried to get the life to snap on and it does not securely snap on nor is it easy, because it's like trying to put on A medium lid on a large cup...and the thought of having deviled eggs in tray and trying to get the lid to snap on with out messing the eggs up will be a challenge...and even with the lid on if you take it out doors...don't think bugs can't get it in it because of the gaps..was going to buy more once I got them but now that got them no...looks like something I will toss away in a few months

light weight
These egg trays are good for a few uses , you get what you pay for, they are light weight and the snaps that hold the lid on is weak, it breaks off after a few uses. they are good for traveling and for the price it is not a big deal to put up with the lids ,two big rubber bands works just fine, in a X on them . I really don't trust the handle it feels quite weak . I carry them supporting the bottom .

Egg trays with snap on lids.
These are very cheaply made. I would expect to find this quality at a dollar store, so these were pricey. They do not lock well, and the latches look like they will break after just a few uses. They do not seal well either. I would not use these for traveling. I can only use them at home. All I can say is, they will not take up much space in the refrigerator.

comes open, then splat
the fasteners are not very good, kept popping open and when I was transporting them to our dinner it slipped open and I lost one tray of eggs. they would be great if the fastening was better

egg me on
got a deviled egg tray. holds 24 half eggs. just enough for me. and so i did. good deal. has lid that snaps on, keeps em fresh, just like me.
