Walk Away DVDs
Leslie Sansone makes walking possible with little space needed. Her steps are easy to follow, and you can choose to use weights or not. She starts out slowly, allowing you to warm up as the pace increases. I would recommend these DVDs to anyone who wants a way to walk off weight, but cannot get outside.

Excellent workout
I literally have about 20 of Leslie’s workouts- I have been a fan since 2005. This 4 mile workout is my favorite.

I enjoy Leslie Samson walk away the pounds dvd's and tapes.
I feel great afterwards. Love this workout. Oh and you will lose pounds.
