    Hardly the high point of the series, but good for what it is.

    Gran Turismo Portable is a technical marvel given the console it runs on. Visually it manages to capture the feeling of its PS2 brothers despite much weaker hardware, and the driving physics are up to snuff with the others as well. The car list is *outstanding*, featuring the series debut of Ferraris, including several formula 1 cars, alongside the already great selection from GT4. Where the game starts to fall apart though is its singleplayer. Car upgrades are completely gone, tuning is simplified, and there's no championships, only quick races. This gives it a very weak sense of progression, so unless you have a friend with a PSP to play multiplayer with, you'll run out of things to do rather quickly, something I can't say for GT3 or 4. I don't think this is a must-play for racing game ...

    Great game

    Great game only drawback is the multiplayer. You can’t connect unless you have it connected to a PlayStation system
