The address on the label was a compound of mine and a neighbour's 250 mtrs away. My name wasn't included at all. Luckily the kind neighbour who received the package had the intelligence to work out it was intended for me. Delivery van = long gone. The day before I received an email saying tried to deliver etc. They hadn't! Internet purchases depend on good delivery. You need to up your game.

I messaged them straight away and was told they would look in to it and send me the right product, but after waiting 3 wks nothing and sending me the tracking number from the first order which was received but wrong. I ordered all black as stated and shows in pictures, if I wanted coloured ones. I would of ordered them, it more about they have lied saying they have sent them when n

I raised this with the seller (who then changed the listing description) but I was offered a refund. However, despite multiple follow ups, I have not received the refund or the remaining quantity. DISHONEST SELLER, DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!!! I will be opening a case with eBay.
