Superb must have book
Beautiful book with exquisite recipes and photographs. The attention to detail is superb from the hardback cover to the silver edged pages and the blue and silver monogramed ribbon page marker, everything certain says "The Ritz". Real value for money a treasure to keep.

Ritz London John Williams
This is an excellent book. The quality and presentation Is superb. I am thoroughly enjoying reading the forward before each recipe. I haven’t cooked any of the recipes yet but will do especially when we have friends around for a meal.
