What we all should have learned in gym class
The entire McKenzie TREAT YOUR OWN ____ series is brilliant. I have gifted many copies to friends because the McKenzie Method has changed my life since I discovered TREAT YOUR OWN BACK 20 years ago. I cannot recommend highly enough. So many people suffer needlessly. Buy it and share it with others.

Do the exercises every day.
This is an excellent book. I benefit most from the exercises listed and am doing them every day, with favorable results.
