NotesSymphonic Metal institution DELAIN are celebrating their tenth anniversary! Their first live album "Decade Of Delain - Live at Paradiso" is a splendid, two CD-set fueled by some seriously incredible highlights. Naturally, hits like "Suckerpunch" and "We Are The Others" find their place in the track listing, as well as the beast of an opener "Hands Of Gold," which features Arch Enemy's Alissa White-Gluz in what amounts to an epic duet. Flawless chants and solo guitars lift this live record to a monumental state. Charlotte Wessels and her operatic singing and the Pink Floyd-vibe of the guitars will elicit a visceral reaction, leaving you covered in goosebumps. Additionally, Fear Factory frontman Burton C. Bell features on "Where Is The Blood" in another standout track. DELAIN also invited an unforgettable guest to their birthday party - you'll find the sound of the bassists Rob van der Loo of EPICA and Marco Hietala of NIGHTWISH as well as LIV Kristine - formerly of LEAVE'S EYES - on the second half of this double album. It's truly a special moment, celebrated with their musical friends and their fans.

Fans of Delain and European Progressive Rock music will Love This!
This is an Excellent Box Set Collection from Delain. It comes with 2 Music CDs, 1 DVD, & 1 Blu-Ray Disc. Also included is a colorful Book insert full of photos and various descriptions and liner notes related to the concert. The Live Concert was filmed in HD prior to the Zombie apocalypse or Covid-19 Pandemic, if you prefer. Delain really put on an Outstanding Performance both visually stunning, and pure ear candy for fans of European Progressive Rock Music. Delain is definitely a World-Class Band that puts on a Great Show. I know that I wish I could have been at this particular Show, because it is/was just about Perfect in every way. The Live Audience got their money's worth and more that night! Finally, there are a number of Music Videos made by Delain prior to 2018 that are also included on the Blu-Ray Disc. This Box-Set can be expensive, so carefully review the various listings for this item before you buy it. I was able to purchase it for about 26 U.S. Dollars, and I was pretty happy with that price.
