But in its arrival, sadly, the plant disintegrated. I pointed this out to the seller, telling them that this rare incident of not drying the plant sufficiently before it was packed caused its demise. Immediately, they submitted a refund with a promise that my next order would not suffer the same fate. I trust them and their speedy response. Guess what? I ordered more plants because theirs are truly pretty
