    Happy to find another copy...

    This is a great, quick reference book and also fun to sit down with and just explore. I lost my copy I’ve had for years and was happy to find a replacement.

    Short but sweet

    Book has very brief overviews. If you're looking for a 'coffee table' book, this one may not be for you, however. It is a pretty thick book, but small in total size and pictures of artwork are small.

    Good way to start

    Good introduction to art history but not every artwork image is the best quality & be be ridiculously small size,even for this book,better off getting art prints if you want certain paintings,the quality is much better
