As you take on missions large and small, you can pull off a range of daring stunts, such as leaping from vehicle to vehicle, diving into hostile territories with Rico’s predesigned parachute, and barreling through the wreckage of exploding vehicles, buildings, and even entire landscapes. Thrill seekers can love propelling into the air on a high speed dirt bike, blasting into war zones from a powerful attack chopper, and tearing through the open water in a fully equipped power boat. The nearly limitless combination of weapons and vehicles can make for a unique gameplay experience every time. As in the original "Just Cause" game, Rico can fire a grappling hook anytime and anywhere he wants. This allows him to latch onto any surface to propel himself forward or to bring items and enemies closer. "Just Cause 2" for the PS3 takes the protagonist’s grappling capabilities to the next level, though, by combining his grappling hook technique with his parachuting abilities. Now you can glide through the air and perform elaborate aerial stunts like never before. Hijack enemy jets in midair, launch sneak attacks from high elevations, and fashion your own unique stunts to heighten the suspense of the game. BASE jumping, free falling, and skydiving are just some of the high flying abilities afforded to you in this edge-of-your-seat game. Every landscape and terrain in the game is gorgeously rendered using the full capacity of the PS3’s vibrant 550 MHz GPU. The 2nd generation software technology provides rich colors, fluid movements, and crisp imaging with each frame. Every explosion comes to life in breathtaking detail, and all character and vehicle movements are rendered in real time on the PlayStation without disruptive cut scenes.     Came the earliest it could. The disc however wasn't put in its holder so im sure it was bouncing around during shipping but the box pretty much came the way it was described. Good stuff from this guy mostly.

    Great game but....

    I really liked the first "Just Cause" and the second also. There are a couple annoying things that take away from the overall experience for me tho. First, after you die, you always get put back at the same "safe zone" no matter where you kick the bucket. That means you always have to "fast travel" back to where you were (unless its close to the safe zone). This gets very old and repetitive quickly, because it takes long to load everything and then having to parachute in...... Another thing is the "delivery" system for weapons, transportation and fast travel. You can only do one thing at a time, instead of buying weapons and fast traveling in one fell swoop, it has to be done individually, which means... yep, more load time and waiting. All in all, it's a pretty fun game and can be very ...

    Micheal Bay's Game?

    This game is a blast! Literally, blast through explosions, get cool vehicles & gadgets and also take over territory to own the whole island. I was asking myself; "did micheal bay produce this game"? The way how there is alot of actions and fun ahead and never ending experience! This game should be the best recommended games on PS3/XBOX 360. If you're interested i hope you enjoy.

    Too much fun, too little time

    I love this game it's as simple as that the map is massive bigger than any other game that I've played the gameplay is some of the most fun especially when you start grappling onto planes and stunt jumping off their wings and just generally destroying things the graphics are good not top-notch but they still look really good by my accounts and it just seems like there's so much to do I don't know how I'll ever beat it definitely recommend this game
