I got a thank you letter in the post, but not the actual item, however, the letter was enough for my order to be marked as delivered. I contacted the seller, they offered no solutions. I asked eBay to step in, after which the seller updated the delivery date. I naively waited for the updated delivery date and my request got closed due to inactivity. This seller is a scammer. They do not act in good faith. Avoid at all cost.

The communication was also very pleasant and pretty fast even due to different time zones. Also I can tell, that it's an original nendoroid and the seller is transparent. In the description it is marked as used and on the package of the nendoroid is a sticker marking it as opened. I am a very happy customer and can without any doubts recommended this seller. I will come back.

The seller was communicative, respectful, packaged the item well, and when the item was shipped took nearly days to go from Japan to the US.
