I contacted the seller and they apologised and asked whether I wanted a refund or replacement. I asked for a replacement and the very next day it arrived. I was very pleased either way their customer service and would recommend this company. The pots were really well wrapped in bubble wrap & then put in a huge box so were fully protected in transit. Great quality, strong plastic pots all in excellent brand new condition (they have pre drilled drainage holes too)! I bought 12 pots this time & managed to get an extra disc so the value inc free postage was way cheaper than any garden centre (they don’t sell these pots anyway in my area).
