Great supporting cast
Another version of Victoria's early days that has been eclipsed by the more recent one, but this one is worth watching, if only to see Nigel Hawthorne in one of his last roles.

Wonderful classic miniseries on great DVD set!
My mom told me about this miniseries as one she had really liked when she saw it over twenty years ago on PBS, and she wished she could have it if it was on DVD because my dad likes shows just like it too. So I looked for it and found this great DVD set that is in great condition, was very well-packaged when it arrived, and they are enjoying watching it. Very low price for this rare set!

A great historical romance
Great actors with an engaging story line. Historical as well. I enjoyed it very much and will watch it many more times. It is one of my favorites.

Excellent historical show--highly recommend
Highly recommend to anyone who loves period shows or history. Excellent addition to those who enjoy Victoria from Masterpiece Theater.

History In The Making...
