The Funko Pop! was undamaged in the box but the product box had unexplainable damage that greatly reduced the value of the Pop! I contacted the seller and they quickly provided a full refund even though half would have sufficed. A separate invoice is being worked on so I can at least compensate the seller for half value since I will be keeping the Funko but out of its damaged box. So, customer service is great, a recommended seller.

The box did take a hit during shipping. I would not buy anything collectable such as a train set from this seller unless communicating that you want to preserve the set box.
