Compared to a regular hard drive, the OCZ Agility 3 SSD has no spinning parts and runs quietly. It also runs cooler and more efficiently. However, the major advantage of SSDs like the Agility 3 over hard disk drive is their faster speeds. This device uses a SATA 3 interface and hits read speeds as high as 525 Mbps and write speeds up to 500 Mbps. Good compatibility with older systems
