From cartoons to the big screen and now at your fingertips to be enjoyed on the Sony PlayStation 2, the Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles work together to protect New York City from a host of nefarious villains. Relying on their trademark wit and impressive fighting skills, Leonardo, Raphael, Michelangelo, and Donatello are always up for the task, no matter what sort of super-powered evil comes their way. Help them complete their mission and save New York City from a variety of threats in TMNT for PS2. In the video game, play as your favorite character from Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles as they work together to fight against the Foot Clan, Purple Dragon Street Gang, and the game’s main enemy, Max Winters. While Winters sets his sights on controlling the city and taking over the world, he has a group of ninja-trained turtles standing in his way. As you venture through the city, making use of the subways and rooftops, you’ll get to experience the action as one of the Turtles. Play as any of the four main characters, employing their trademark weapons as you take on bad guys. Shoot off at the mouth and slap one of the Foot Clan goons with a pair on nunchuks as Michelangelo, or thwart the plans of the Purple Dragon Street Gang by throwing Raphael’s sai. The game boasts impressive cel-shading techniques that allow the world of the Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles to come alive in a more vibrant way. Enjoy the terrific graphics while taking part in fast-paced, action-packed gameplay that allows you to face off against new and familiar villains in exciting martial art sequences. As you progress through TMNT, you will discover scrolls and items that allow you to unlock special moves and attacks, giving you the advantage when you go up against Max Winters. You used to have to go to the arcade to enjoy a game featuring the Turtles, but this video game for PS2 allow you to enjoy a much more advanced story from the comfort of your home. Apart from the stunning gameplay of the main story, you can also use the Turtles’ signature weapons and popular fighting movies to fight each other. Pick your favorite Turtle, put him against your least favorite, and suddenly you have an exciting one-on-one match up against Leonardo and Donatello, or which two you choose to compete.     Cowabunga

    Solid beat ‘em up from my teen years. Great value if you can get for $10-$20, doesn’t over stay it’s welcome in terms of length. Varied level design, combat is fluid and easy, albeit a bit shallow and simple. I’m biased, because I’m a die hard TMNT fan, but for any fan it’s worth getting at a bargain cost.

    Good game for ps2
