However, this was one of the most positive transaction/interaction I have ever had on eBay. I explained to the vendor that what they sent me was not what I ordered. They were immediately apologetic and offered immediate refund. Even though I was sent a knock off, the vendor was not aware, and that was apparent immediately because it was made right. Would do business again

I cannot fault the packaging, it seemed sturdy enough to me, but there isn't much that can survive UPS's seemingly regular practice of throwing boxes around.
