How we got here.
This book explains exactly how the culture has been contaminated by events in the 60's. I read this book when it first came out in the 90's and thought I remembered that the Viet Nam war was the cause. Actually, it's a lot more complex than that. I highly recommend this book to anyone who is concerned about today's culture and wishes to know the causes. Bork isn't the devil he's been made out to be, he is a scholar and a strict constructionist.

Published in the 90's; Wonder what the author would say today?
What a great analysis of America's social situation today. I especially liked the introduction, the chapter on the 60's, and the chapter on radical feminism.

Slouching Towards Gomorrah (self-explanatory)
Bork explained what is wrong with society today in a book written over 25 years ago, and nails it.

As a Baptist minister, I am convinced that the title is appropriate.
Bork's analysis was spot on. He was as much a prophet as a commentator. I wish every conservative would read this insight into the devastation of liberalism.
