Something one gets in the hope it will never be used.
Another accessory from Apple, this one it absolutely spot on. One it is installed just forget about it until it is needed. Then it is excellent to find whatever has been lost, if it dropped in the middle of nowhere with no telephone signal it gets difficult, but luckily that is a fairly remote likelihood, follow the signal on your phone and it will be found.

Great little device.
Great device. I have them now on all my keys and a few valuables. I even placed one discreetly in each of my cars as a cheap and reliable tracker.
