I submitted a cancellation request, but it was ignored and rejected. The item was not shipped on time, and all my messages were ignored. I had clearly asked the seller to double-check the quantity and pack the item carefully. Still, only one of the two items I ordered arrived, and the box was crushed. A seller should act with professionalism. I will not buy from this seller again.
