Understandable considering the situation there. BUT it arrived in two weeks and the tracking info along the way was better than most using USPS for local US shipments. The item itself is almost indestructible and was packaged robustly anyhow. Now that I have it in hand it appears to be fairly old...and is exactly what I expected and wanted. One can pay substantially more for tools like this. Great Value.
