There is no excuse for (a) not selected Open Box in the condition field, and for (b) misrepresenting a damaged item as open box. The seller offered only one option - to send it back. As I really wanted to use this item, and the price was fair I have decided to keep it. The irons appear to be of good quality. After a miscommunication with the price of the item, a quick message to the seller resulted in a refund and new correct order. The seller was easy to work with and resolved the issue in a timely manner.
