Great pump. Very easy to install.
I have owned this set up for quite a few years. The one i just purchased is a backup. Just in case. The one i am using now is identical. It works great. My pump runs a lot. Never has failed. In fact the backup has never been needed. Main thing is to keep everything clean. And check battery at least 2 or 3 times a year. Great Pump, Good value, still have to purchase a Battery!!!
Great pump. Comes with everything you need minus the battery. Keep in mind the battery (for the maintenance free version) runs $200.00. A lessor expensive version is available about $139.00 BUT you have to buy the acid to activate it as it doesn't come with it. Emailed Basement Watchdog for info on both, decided on the maintenance free version, less maintenance as you don't have to check levels of the water every 4 months or so. Good to know if the power goes out the pump will still work. Installation was easy. Just bought it, will see how long it lasts and how long the battery lasts...After many reviews I read can say Basement Watchdog is probably the best with a backup pump available at a reasonable cost.Bestätigter Kauf: JaArtikelzustand: Neu

To install new pumps and they leak is not good.
Both of The pumps that I just bought are leaking water and it sprays up out of the pit. They may have been damaged during shipping but I didn't see any issues except the boxes were smashed a little .Bestätigter Kauf: JaArtikelzustand: Neu

Decent but sketchy as well.
