They did however refund the item swiftly after i requested it, but dont enjoy being told my item is coming when it clearly was not.

The hat was shipped in a plastic bag and arrived permanently crushed. I reshaped it by hand and with the assistance of the good folks at Boot Barn. The seller refunded me about 20% of the price for my trouble, and was communicative and understanding. It was a hassle, but the hat looks great now and i'm proud to wear it. I would buy again from this seller.
