    The item was listed as new, but was clearly used. There was no original protective packaging (film screen protector, screws or power cord). The seller did not even attempt to clean the item. The seller charged $100.00 for shipping, yet the shipping label was under $30. As a consumer I appreciate honesty, an accurate description would have been helpful in managing my expectations. Finally found a power cord and using the table to with exercise equipment.

    Thr tablet was not new as described. Missing back panel and screen protector. The appearance of the Screen looked to be used with scratches and hand oil marks everywhere. Did not include power supply or any other factory included items. Picture did not show item shipped. Contcted seller, they said it was new, clearly it wasn't. they would ship another one to me. I said to send my pics of actual item being shipped, they said they won't do that. Sent item back for a complete refund.

    turns ipad pro into a lightweight mini computer

    keypad is easy to use and has nice typing touch. although the 10.5 ipad is small the pad is surprisingly comfortable to type on. smart connect works flawlessly. only complaint is that is would have been really helpful if the keypad was backlit or was at least a light color with dark characters so it was able to see the keys in poor lighting. I cannot touch type and in poor lighting it is nearly impossible to type on the dark charcoal keypad. also tusing the smart keypad does not permit supporting the ipad in a vertical position, only horizontal.

    Hesitant at first, but glad I took the plunge with this model!

    I'd held out for a long time on purchasing the Apple Smart Keyboard because I wasn't sure that I wanted a keyboard which didn't have a separate row of function keys and wasn't backlit. However, after buying and returning a couple of Bluetooth keyboards with these features which made my iPad way too heavy, I decided to try this if I could get it for a decent price. While I think $160 new is way overpriced for these keyboards, I found a good deal on this NEW, OPEN BOX model here on eBay. While this keyboard may not be for everyone, I'm enjoying it more than I expected. The keys feel a little cramped at first, but you quickly get used to them. I especially enjoy how light this is, the way that it can be folded into multiple viewing positions and also the fact that I can remove my iPad ...

    Amazing keyboard

    Easy purchase. Don’t hesitate just buy it! I received it fast in the mail and it works perfectly just doesn’t come with the Apple box and has a little mark but for the great for the price. Love it thank you!!

    Apple iPad keyboard and pencil

    After three years, the same keyboard I owned gave out. I was able to live for two months without it, but when my dog ate my Apple Pencil last week, I knew I would have to buy them again right away. I was skeptical but these products look brand new. Very well packaged and in excellent condition. I am pleasantly surprised and very happy with this purchase!

    Great Product, Great Price

    Works just as designed. Read some reviews that said it didn't lay flat mine lays perfect. Also read some reviews that said it didn't always work no problems there either always works I wonder if they don't have it sitting properly in the magnetic grove because it will not work with the keyboard in any position the keyboard must be sitting in the grove to operate.
