  Purchased item on April 14th - arrived the 28th. Good shipping speed. There were quality issues with the item I received compared to what was listed, but the seller was very communicative & apologetic when trying to find a resolution so I’d be satisfied with my purchase. The appearance of the stone itself & the cut were what I wanted. The fire within the moissanite is fantastic! The setting it was in was not as advertised. I appreciate the seller, ringjewel, for being a trustworthy vendor.

  The reason I put a positive feedback because he refunded my money and did not ask for the ring. I received a different ring and I got someone else’s ring on top of that. The seller puts free shipping but when he sends you the invoice he charges you $15 for shipping. He never respond back to the messages and if you win any bids and it’s not the price that he wants, he will cancel the beats. It’s very sad. He does have beautiful items in his store. I wish he was more honest.

  This ring is beautiful and appears well made. I am wearing it now and it really twinkles in the sunshine. Packaging was in a plastic box which has protected it well. Better than described and excellent value for money. I ordered it on 25th April and it arrived today, 6th May (UK) so very happy with the delivery. Thank you very much.
