No excuse not to exercise or take a walk today !
Great DVD exercise program. After many years, I wore out my first copy and was glad to be able to repurchase. Leslie has an engaging personality and is motivating. The combination of a one and two mile program on one DVD is terrific! Wonderful for any fitness level.

Easy enough to follow.
Video is easy to follow, and a great workout. I believe it would be great for beginners and advance. Product came in original packaging and in great condition.

Walk Away the Pounds
I have used several of Leslie's videos for health reasons - mainly obesity. I have managed to lose 70 lbs. with her workout videos. I still have a long way to go, but slow and steady wins the race.

Love-especially good for introduction to Leslie
