The only protection were plastic bags and some of the parts had fallen out of those. The small metal basket got bent so I had to use a block of wood and a hammer to reshape it. Other parts were scratched. So much for buying new. Not happy.

The price was right and the item I'm sure was packaged correctly, however the shipping company looks like they threw it off of roof, I contacted seller through messages and they've offered me 10% returned due to the scratches and broken plastic housing.
