The seller's communication was excellent and I was very pleased with the camera. The seller used DHL for the delivery and they informed of the import duty to be paid and handled the payment. Unfortunately there was a fault with the camera and reluctantly I had to return it, the seller responded quickly to my return request without any issues. The DHL invoice is misleading: "import export duties" are the tariffs. I'm writing this so it helps others... with taxes and tariffs, it was 25% of the total cost! The value would've been great had it not been for the U.S. tariffs... but still it wasn't bad. The seller was prompt in communicating with me. Thank you camelion-japan!
