Very nice but could use a couple of tweaks in the design.
It does a good job brewing coffee and even tea and is very attractive looking. Would have given it five stars except for a couple of minor things that are a bit of a nuisance. One is that it sits on a kitchen counter just below the cabinets. The top being rather large, cannot be opened unless the coffeemaker is shuffled around to miss the cabinets. The other is that the cup that holds the filter has a wide handle that is right in the way of where the water is poured for a right handed person, which I am. A lefty would not have a problem. All in all, though, I like the coffeemaker.

Love it!
Let me start out by saying I have hard water in my home, so the water usually destroys coffee makers within a few months, so far so good with this Black & Decker. It's sleek and stylish and brews very quickly. The auto program is user friendly and very easy for any age. I really love the pause brew feature when I want to grab a quick cup on the go while it's brewing for the rest of the household. All in all, I would highly recommend this coffee maker for anyone.

Inexpensive, great Coffee Maker
I've had many Coffee Makers in my life and by far these are probably the best I've owned. I've had a variety of different brands and always had an issues with the heating elements going bad because of Hard Water. this is the second one that i have owned like this and I am not disappointed. its easy to use and brews quick. I doubt if I will ever buy any other brand or style coffee maker again.

Simple easy to use progammable coffee maker
Simple to use, easy to clean. Makes a good pot of coffee. It doesn't have all the options like brew control or shut off time adjustment that more expensive coffee makers have. If your like me and just want some coffee when you get up, then this works fine. FYI this coffee maker brews coffee at a higher temperature then most others I have owned.

Black & Decker - a name you can trust to perform well.
We have had many coffee pots over the years and I must say that I have had better luck with Black and Decker then another brand within this price range, that only lasted a month and died. It's only a couple of months in use and I hope it will continue a long while. It perks quickly and the coffee gets hot just like we expect. So far so good.

Yay... we replaced our coffee maker with an updated version!
We like this product because of it's size and front loading features of water and coffee. We use the top for other items.
