Growing Regions LLC sent an extra one (making five in total), I think as a good faith gesture, which I truly appreciate. Evidently, the problem was on the part of the shippers, not Growing Regions LLC. The USPS is very slack and unprofessional in their mail and package delivery. The items are doing their job and work as we hoped. Thank you, Brent, for your patience with me. I will recommend you and Growing Regions LLC.

But instead, he did not send out the correct one and he stated that it was incorrectly priced on eBay and that he now wanted over three times they asking price, for him to send it out.
