Evidently, the problem was on the part of the shippers, not Growing Regions LLC. The USPS is very slack and unprofessional in their mail and package delivery. But instead, he did not send out the correct one and he stated that it was incorrectly priced on eBay and that he now wanted over three times they asking price, for him to send it out.
