Great for repairing boilers with independent plumbers
British Gas told me i needed a new boiler. An independent plumber said I needed a new part. A new boiler £2000 a new part £99. I'm not happy with British Gas engineers at all. If I had not had further advice on my boiler it would be a costly enterprise. This is what I've learned. Manufacturers make parts for around 10 years after production. British Gas will not get parts after this after 10 years - they claimed parts were obsolete and no longer in existence (they exist on eBay and you can buy them). One part that needed to be 'completely replaced, but couldn't be bought by BG and no longer existed' only required some help from a cotton bud. I'm glad these parts exist. There's a lot of boilers that need new parts, not complete replacements. My boiler is working great now. I will get a new boiler in time, but I like to be fully informed and have honest information before I make a decision. I won't be using BG again.Bestätigter Kauf: JaArtikelzustand: Neu
