A still good dictionary for the general reader
This desk dictionary is a precious gem in its publication. All the illustrations are in color, one of the features making it special compared with other dictionaries of its kind. Clear definitions and examples are given is a great advantage for students and those who want to study the English language. Although its publication is in the year 2000, lacking some of the scientific terminology of the 21st century, it is still good enough for the general reader. I love this dictionary and am happy to have one like this.
