Irreverent & Hilariously Funny
Different, hilariously, sidesplittingly funny, irreverent, 'if only they could talk', well the animals do in Mongrels! Please note:- Not for those easily offended, whether that offence is real or for effect/virtue signaling, nor for wolves in sheep's clothing (pun intended). What the animals say isnt often nice, but its very funny all the same. It's a jungle out there after all LOL! The 'Autumn Watch' episode is a scream. Funny to think that not all that long ago the BBC had a good eye for comedy, a sense of humour, and less of an agenda. Those days are gone, but, at least Mongrels is captured on DVD (one comedy, I've not seen repeated on the BBC!). Mongrels is an aware comedy that definitely bounces boundaries. Recommended!
