All charged up!
I use these to extend the battery life of 6v classic car batteries. I was recently given a battery that had stood for 12 months, The 6v feature of the unit is for a motor cycle capacity battery ,but does cope with car ones. The old battery I charged with a conventional charger, then fitted the Ring one. After 48 hours it came up to full and now mainatins 6.3 volts when not being suppported by the charger. I can only conclude that the charger has gone through its full range of functions and improved the condition of this battery ,to match others that Iregularly maintain. When looking at the basic instructions ,which are visual only , they indicate disconnecting after charging.However when viewing the specification online , it indicated that left connected the unit continues to support the battery. This certainly seems to be true and is the reason I bought myself a 2nd one , I was told by a friend the the Ring brand chargers do not last very long and get very hot ,however I do not think this appiles to these low output conditioners.

Excellent product, trusted brand, reasonable price, simple and easy to use. Does what it says on the tin. Ideal for keeping my battery condition at optimal performance on my SORN vehicle.

Ring smart battery charger RSC804
Simple to use but effective 4amp charger bought for use with stop and start EFB as recommended by battery manufacturer. Once battery fully charged then the maintainer mode kicks in automatically to safely prevent over charging. Have not used winter maintainer yet but a useful option when car not used much or in colder weather.

Good value from a known brand
Simple to use, robust weatherproof case, clear display. It would have been 5 stars if the display alternated between voltage and the current being delivered (like a different Ring charger I have), but this one just shows the voltage. But if you leave it to do it's thing it displays 'FUL' when it gets there.

Motor Cycle Battery Charger
Just the ticket for charging bike and small AGM batteries. I like the digital display and volt meter, easy to use and has the connectors to allow connections to M/C battery if you need this.

A very easy to use high quality charger ...
A very easy to use high quality charger which reads voltage of battery immediately, then press button to specify type of battery and time of year, and the unit takes over and charges the battery stating FUL when the battery is charged. Excellent bit of kit.

Economical battery charger for modern battery's.
Simple to use. Ideal for cars that are infrequently used especially those with stop start systems. This charger will maintain a high state of charge and prolong battery life, a good investment. The instructions could be improved by including information to battery voltages with reference to state of charge.

Good value charger
Arrived as promised, easy to connect and use, great value. Although only 4A output, bought to use as a trickle/maintainer charger.

Easy to use and good length leads
Hoping this will restore an agm battery and save buy a new one , has charged it slowly and only time will tell
