Solo amond paste
great product - have used for years - have problem finding in local supermarkets lately- price is fair but shipping adds a lot - holiday time need it so you have to pay to get it

Makes great Italian cookies
Almond paste is the main ingredient in piniolis, my favorite Italian cookie. A pinioli for those that don't know is a pine nut and what piniolis are covered with them.

Almond paste cookies
