Only reason that I gave them a positive rating because I did get a full refund eventually. I have bought many things from Shoebacca in the past. Always had great service and quality. When they finally replied they were very apologetic and sincere. That's why they put erasers on pencils, so we can make mistakes.

Seller paid for return, as indicated, so I feel pretty positive about this ebay seller. The item was as described, I just made a mistake ordering too large a size. I did try to contact seller, but did not get a reply. Despite that, I will order from again. Price was fair. 4 1/2 ☆

I was mistakenly shipped the wrong size BUT this seller took care of it quickly and sent me a return label (they paid shipping). My refund was processed easily. I plan to reorder due to the exceptional customer service if the shoes are still available in my size.
