I feel the value will outweigh the cost of buying new. it appeared to be in good condition and arrived before the expected delivery date. Seller had good communication and answered my questions about printer paper. This item does not come with printer paper so they informed me about that prior to shipping it out. I appreciate that.

They offered $10 refund I asked for $20 to cover cost of a new remote. They just replied with a long return process 3 times after I clearly stated I didnt want to return. Then they just stopped replying .Deliberatly falsified description, and horrible customer service!!!
