Unfortunately, there was some damage to the Item, but as I was able to repair this myself and it was usable, I decided to keep it. On informing Andy of my disappointment, he was quick to respond and offered a full refund on return or a partial refund, which I accepted. I raised this issue with the dealer and received a very prompt reply. The dealer then sourced the missing information for me very quickly and offered a refund for the inconvenience.
