Dual heaters a Big Plus
Does in fact brew faster then my previous HB 40 cup urn. I love the dual heating elements, a lower watt one to keep coffee hot without the burning the brew heater would cause. The fat and short shape also permits easier storage.

Disappointed
The urn is much more "used" than the description would lead one to believe. The inside bottom appeares to have been scorched at some time and is very rough and gritty feeling (perhaps scrubbed to remove the burned coffee? There are mineral deposits in the bottom of the urn, so it was probably heavily used. The oustide looks okay, except for some scratches. I won't use it...it looks too grungy inside. It's going to be donated somewhere.
