    Even though it's a few years old completely relevant

    everything in this book is completely relevant, even if it is a few years old. The author covers every single thing you could need to know and things you had not thought of, it is covered in this book. The Price is great and the condition of the book was better than expected

    Great resource for anyone into the outdoors.

    The only reason for not 5 stars is because some of the information is outdated, mostly on gear selections. It's an overall excellent book for general knowledge on many subjects, trap building, rope & knots, identifying plants and animal tracks, first aid, navigation and so much more. It's great to thumb through on a rainy day or take along on outings. It's a good refresher for experts and good start for beginners.

    Everything you would need to know.

    I have nothing bad to say about this book. It is very well written and covers everything, that a person could think of. It is my belief that if you go into the woods with this book, your chances of coming out alive are fantastic. It will tell you everything you would need to know for each situation you may encounter !
