One way to get your fruits and veggies
When I became interested in nutrition I worked hard at getting the recommended amounts of fruits and veggies. I started with JuicePlus (a similar product but not certified organic and twice the price) to supplement what I wasn't getting from actual food. I found a big difference in my overall functioning. This product comes with two bottles, one capsule of fruit and one of vegetable. This is real FOOD, not a vitamin or supplement. With this one product you get all your vitamins, and your supplements such as antioxidants etc. you also get your full daily value of fruits and vegges in case your as busy as I am.
