  • Healthy eats in 2018

    I've only done one recipe so far but it was good. The broccoli recipe took out that 'veggie' taste I dislike. I'm looking forward to others. I have to buy some alternate foods but I can see it's much healthier this way. It will automatically lead to weight loss in the new year, if followed. I also have a 'health coach' from a workplace wellness program. It's what he has been encouraging me to use.

    The book has very nice colored pictures. The recipes look easy to follow. We are enjoying the book.

  • Easy healthy and delicious

    I have made a couple of things so far in this book. I like that the ingredient lists are not complicated and extensive. I have mainly been interested in alternative breads and this does not disappoint. I'll experiment with more later, but so far I am really enjoying it.
