    Pati Jinich Mexican cookery..

    cooks authentically, more homey than some cookbook writers who sometimes come across as preachy etc..love the fact that she is very very familiar with tastes that we all try to find replicated here is the states, that most mexican americans may have grown up on but not really put together in one book, her approach is deceptively simple, as she has done it all for me and tested and retested, at the same time she has become familiar with US tastes as well and knows what is actually sold here so there is an advantage to owning her books as she has done all the legwork and measurements for us...btw her recipes are on point. Recommend to all home cooks.

    We absolutely adore and enjoy Patti Jiinich! She spends her life with her family, and cooking! We watch her TV shows every week! There's is no other book that I'd rather recommend than Patti's Mexican Table! You'll be watering at the mouth with every page and recipe! Each one has a story, and you'll spend hours endrenched in Patti's recipe's! You won't be able to wait to rush to the store to buy the ingredients for each "mouth-watering" recipe and have a feast! She takes us on tour of the finest Mexican Quizine with every page and recipe!! This book is worth every dollar!
