The machine arrived in a poorly packed box that did not survive the delivery trip. The machine worked well for a couple hours and then it smoked and sparked and emitted a terrible order. The seller asked that I return the machine and I was sent a prepaid FedEx label. For a week attempts were made to deliver the box and eventually the box was returned to ME. I do not understand this.

When books arrived and where checked, they were in good condition, but book 6, and a supplement book was missing. A book not shown in the listing photo was included. Upon research of the listing and it's single photo, it seems the seller used someone elses photo of a similar set of books. Shipping speed, price, condition were fine. But seller might use lazy/ deceptive listing practices.
