Everything was included, in original sealed plastic, card secured nicely and looks amazing, my only "complaint", if you can really call it that, is that the folder and bag were slightly bent to fight in the box. However, that really is not a big deal, they can be flattened and weren't the main parts I wanted. Other than that, truly perfect!!
