Band-Aid is the best brand, highest quality
The spin-offs are not bad... But nothing really replaces Band-Aid quality. The quality of the materials, their ability to stick. Pretty much, we know, that Band-Aids are the top of the food chain.
These particular bandages? I actually had a bone bruise. I stepped on something and really damaged my heel. Kind of like you stepped on a big piece of gravel and put all your weight on it. It, wow, it really hurt that moment. But things never went away. After a few days, the heel bone was badly bruised. When I walked, I could feel that area EVERY step.
There is only on way to get over a really bad bone bruise....stay off it, rest it, don't put any pressure on it. But how could I do that? Stop walking for a week? Use crutches? No. So I had this idea. Put two of these typs of bandage over the area...then a nice thick white sock. When home, wear slippers too. I have done that for about a week now, changing out the bandage before showering, with fresh ones on after...and that bruise is getting a little better every day.
Bottom line? If you have some kind of cut, skin issue, wart got removed, etc....this size and type of bandage is the BEST. It SURROUNDS the affected area, and the seal is total. Well worth the price of protection. And, in this case, I bought 10 boxes, all damaged outside, but not on the inside. Perfect for me + savings.
